I’ll cut all the ingredients I’m using.

Please choose the vegetables you like. Organic vegetables are tastier.

I’ll use grass-fed boneless beef.

I used “Umino-sei” salt.

The pepper is the chef’s choice.

It’s done when it’s fully cooked.
At HORIZON FARMS, you can find not only grass-fed boneless beef, but also fully pasture-raised meat, as well as organic fruits and vegetables.
As I briefly mentioned in the video above, the difference between grass-fed and grain-fed is the difference between pasture feeding and grain feeding. In grain-fed diets, livestock are more prone to illness, and it is common to use antibiotics and vaccines.
Many studies have shown that the nutrients found in beef vary depending on what the cattle eat.
Grass-fed beef has less total fat than grain-fed beef, but its fatty acid composition is different; grass-fed beef contains far more monounsaturated fatty acids than grain-fed beef, while grass-fed beef also contains up to five times more omega-3 and twice as much linoleic acid. I hear that omega-6 is about the same for both.
In addition to the above, grass-fed also contains many specific nutrients and lesser-known nutrients such as creatine and carnosine, which are very important for muscles and the brain.
I wonder how the nutrients differ in bone broth, I.e., in it?
In my case, when I compare grain-fed and grass-fed meat, I can sense differences in smell and taste. Even if they’re not grass-fed, I think it’s certain that the smell and taste will change depending on the feed.
If you're curious, I definitely recommend trying both and comparing them yourself!
